The stingray is painted in an approaching storm scene, serving as a metaphor for the ocean pollution we need to address. The idea is to shift toward a more sustainable way of life. The sun rays dancing on the surface are created with silver leaf to enhance the sparkling effect of the water.

The dolphin is painted with a jolly expression to encourage the viewer to relax and enjoy life. The sparkling highlights on the water are created with 24ct gold leaf to enhance the effect of the shimmering water.
This painting has been selected as a semi-finalist in the 17th ARC Salon/ USA and will be part of the Polaris archive in the Lunar Codex, set to launch to the moon in September 2025. This exciting event is part of NASA’s CLPS-TO-20A mission.
